The history of wick delight dates back to Ottoman kitchens. In Ottoman times, the sultan and the people consumed this dessert with great pleasure. Our skilled chefs prepare Hafiz Mustafa Wick Turkish Delights with centuries of experience and the traditional methods of our ancestors. We use locally grown and selected ingredients from the best harvests to create our delicious wick delights.

The preparation process starts with mixing 100% natural sugar beet and starch in special boilers at high temperatures until the consistency of wick delight is obtained. Once the consistency is almost achieved, hazelnuts, walnuts, and pistachios are added. After the nuts are mixed in, wick delights are left to cool and rest for at least a day.

After the Turkish delight cools down, it is rolled into thin, long cylinders and cut into equal lengths. To enhance their flavor, hazelnuts and pistachios must be roasted among the nuts in Wick Turkish delight.
