Baklava:
We prepare baklavas from the original recipes of the Ottomans with our most skillful chefs, remaining loyal to the 300-year-old tradition of baklava. We put pure butter, walnuts, or pistachios between 40 layers of phyllo dough, each hand-rolled. Finally, we add sherbet made from sugar beet.
